Our strong point is our geographical position. We are located in the heart of Albanian olive growing, completely surrounded by olive trees. This allows us to select only the best olives, that is, those that have reached a perfect level of ripeness: the secret to making an excellent oil is to start from the best possible fruit.
If you start from an excellent fruit, the work of transformation in the mill is then simplified. This is why we have a direct line with all the olive producers: we control the annual processing, we monitor the ripening of the fruit with them, we organize the harvest to ensure that the olives are collected and pressed within 12/24 hours
